i can&#039;t say whether you&#039;d put them in the class of low cost courses, but you can definately try the variety offered at Betterphoto.com. the instructers do have an impressive profile n you can ofcourse check out the testimonials. good luck n have fun.

		<description>Try looking at nyip.com and pcdi.com.  Also ics.com (I believe it is Penn Foster in the US)  They all have a low down payment, low monthly payment plan.  If you want a quick, cheap course, then check out starephotography.com.  It&#039;s about $85 or so (depending on what promo they have running) and it covers all the basics.  It doesn&#039;t go too deeply into all the aspects of photography, but definitely enough to get you started and to help you make a decision as to whether or not this is the direction for you.  And you get a cute little certificate in the mail once you&#039;re done saying you&#039;ve completed the course.  It is not recognized by the NACC though, as far as I know.  More of a personal interest thing.
